Päijät-Häme Employment Services is responsible for public employment services in Asikkala, Hartola, Heinola, Hollola, Iitti, Kärkölä, Orimattila, Padasjoki and Sysmä.
We serve job seekers in their job search and employers in finding skilled labour.
Our regional offices are located in Hollola, Heinola and Orimattila, but we serve our customers in all nine municipalities.
Regional office model
Päijät-Häme Employment Services is divided into three areas. Our regional offices are located in Heinola, Hollola and Orimattila, but we serve our customers in all nine municipalities.
The areas are as follows:
- Staff working in Heinola also move to Hartola and Sysmä
- Staff working in Hollola also move to Asikkala and Padasjoki
- Staff working in Orimattila also move to Kärkölä and Iitti
Employment Board
The highest decision-making body for Päijät-Häme Employment Services is the Employment Board. Each of the nine municipalities in the region is represented on the board’s membership.
