Transition security
Transition security helps both the employer and the employee in situations where the employer has to dismiss or lay off personnel. Transition security is an operating model that aims to ensure that the employer and the employee move on from the transition situation as smoothly as possible. Transition security aims to prevent unemployment and its prolongation for the employee.
Transition security is implemented together with the employer, employee and the employment authority. In a transition situation, both the employer and the employee receive information, guidance, support and assistance from transition security.

Subsidy for arranging working conditions
An employer can receive support for arranging working conditions if the disability or illness of a person being hired or already employed requires, for example, new work equipment or modifications to the workplace.
