Apprenticeship training
Apprenticeships can be used to train new experts for the needs of the company or to develop the skills of the personnel. An apprenticeship can be used to study upper secondary qualifications or parts of qualifications. The studies take place at the workplace, in addition to which theoretical studies can be completed at an educational institution.
In apprenticeship training, the student is in an employment by the company and is paid a salary. Students usually look for apprenticeship positions themselves, but the employer can also apply for an employee to be trained as an apprentice.
